- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪DO NOT GO HERE! Okay so I came here after five months of having lower stomach pain. I don't have health insurance so for me to go to the doctor is a big deal. (hence why it was being ignored for 5 months.) I saw the doctor. She was nice, but without checking me or anything she just guessed what the problem was and said she would prescribe me some medication. She leaves the room and then after waiting a few minutes the nurse comes in and says my medication is sent to my pharmacy and then tells me to be on my way. They didn't tell me what they were prescribing me! So I get to my pharmacy only to find out that there is nothing under my name...so I leave them a voicemail with no reply. So I call them again the next day...once again no reply. But then that afternoon they called my MOTHER! I am an adult whos married. And they called my mother about this!!!! I was completely available and they didn't even try to contact me first. All they told her was to call me?? SO I call and once again no response. I left a voicemail everyday for for five days until I had to show up in person just to be told that all they can do is send it again. So I check the pharmacy again...and every pharmacy in Moore and Norman. Once again, nothing. So I show up back there and they make me wait 45 mins for a paper prescription! So I take it to my pharmacy and they told me that the doctor sent it under the wrong name!! Which is funny because I asked the nurse earlier if they sent it under the wrong name and they flat out told me that it wasn't. So I get my meds cursing to myself that I'll never go back to this unprofessional establishment and then they sent me a letter saying that I have been dismissed from their practice!! So please, there are so many good doctors in this area and Dr Loper is not one of them. Do not give these people your time and money, they literally do not care. I wish I could rate zero stars because this place doesn't even deserve that. I hope they read this and realize the dumb mistake they made in handling this.September 24, 2017by Mandy Fay
